Testimonials

"I've really appreciated James' knowledgeable, calm, and friendly approach to QA consulting. His approach reflects well on our organization and that is why I haven't hesitated to refer him to any peers or colleagues who ask. James is willing to find the most efficient route to compliance and for a small company like ours, that aspect is critical."Michael Cancilla, Co-founder and Senior Director of Product at Arbutus Medical

"We learnt about and reached out to James and Isli after hearing from one of his happy clients. James then handled our Health Canada filing too. He was courteous and explained the related regulations well. He provided consults for the right type of license and navigated the setup and application process for us. We were way ahead of schedule given the clean package prepared by James. Thank you James and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend his service to anyone else seeking Canadian entry."Jane Zhang, PhD, MBA, Co-founder and CEO at Remmie Health

"I have worked with James in multiple engagements for many years. First he was a client on the development and quality engineering team and eventually as their director of RA/QA. Over the past couple of years, James has been a subcontractor on the Decus team where he has provided his expertise as an independent auditor for Decus and our clients. For some clients, he has helped with quality and regulatory operations. Based upon my long history with James, I can say that he has a strong grasp of US, UK, EU regulations and appropriate standards for medical devices and can provide valuable help in keeping a medical device company operating in a compliant manner. He is also very diligent, meets expected timelines and is a good communicator. I think he would be a positive asset to any medical device company."Grace Bartoo, PhD, FRAPS, RAC, CMDA, Co-founder and CEO at Decus Biomedical

"James brought his skills into full play to support us with the regulatory clearance for EU MDR, US FDA and other Asian markets such as NMPA, in particular the communication with FDA on our medical device file and the implementation of a QSIT-compatible QMS."Tsuyoshi Iriyama, Director of Regulatory Affairs at WHILL, Inc

"My process for the small business + MDEL application and approval was quick, smooth and error-free, and I only have Isli to thank for that! James is highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and promptly responds to questions and requests. I only had to provide him information and background on my company’s processes and he prepared all the necessary QMS documents, connected with Health Canada and prepared my application with efficiency. The best part for me was that James was able to communicate and collaborate with my supplier to obtain all the necessary information at their end! I’d definitely recommend James to anyone looking to apply for product licenses with Health Canada as well as the FDA."Sana Ahmed-Simons, Founder and CEO at Cubba Bubba Wellness & Baby

“Over the past 3-years I have retained the services of James Lin from Isli Consulting Inc. on a very routine basis.
